GUIDELINES FOR ORDERING

Artwork
We take pride in providing fast turnaround times and high-quality production. Following the guidelines below helps ensure your order is processed without delay.

We reserve the right to refuse production of artwork deemed inappropriate or offensive.

For large-format prints such as banners or billboards, artwork should be created at a scale of 1 inch equals 1 foot (1/12 scale).

BASIC DESIGN GUIDELINES

Our ordering process is designed to be fast and user-friendly. Our online proofing system allows you to preview your design before production begins so you can confirm accuracy and placement.

RESOLUTION REQUIREMENTS

Display graphics such as banners, backdrops, vinyl, and wall graphics
Full scale: 150 DPI
1/12 scale: 1800 DPI
Minimum acceptable: 75 DPI

Example: A 4' x 8' banner should be designed at 4" x 8" at 1200 DPI.

Fine art and canvas prints
Full scale: 200 DPI
1/12 scale: 2400 DPI

Billboards and building wraps
Full scale: 50 DPI
1/12 scale: 600 DPI

Offset printing such as business cards, postcards, and brochures
300 DPI required

COLOR MATCHING

Color accuracy is important to us. If exact colors are required, please include details in the order notes or email levelupbanners@gmail.com.

All printing is done using the CMYK color process. Some Pantone colors may not reproduce exactly. We recommend referencing a Pantone Solid to Process color guide for best results.

CUSTOMER PROOFS

Approval of a proof confirms that your artwork is ready for production. Once approved, changes cannot be made.

Online proofs are intended for layout and spelling verification only and are not color accurate. Physical proofs are available for an additional fee.

If there are any issues, contact levelupbanners@gmail.com before approving the proof.

Production issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Critical color matching
A $50 fee applies and includes up to three color adjustments.

If any part of your project is confidential, notify LevelUpBanners.com in writing. Reasonable precautions will be taken to protect materials, but we are not responsible for loss unless caused by gross negligence.

SHIPPING AND TURNAROUND

Artwork must be uploaded and approved by 10:00 AM PST for same-day processing eligibility.

Standard production time is approximately three business days after approval.

Orders placed after 10:00 AM PST or on weekends begin processing the next business day.

RUSH ORDERS

Rush production is available for an additional fee. Available options and pricing are shown at checkout.

OVERSIZED AND OVERWEIGHT SHIPMENTS

Full payment is required before production begins. Shipping insurance is optional and may incur additional fees.

REPRINTS AND REFUNDS

All orders are custom-made and non-refundable.

If there is an issue with your order, notify us within five days of delivery. Photo documentation is required.

Resolution options include:
• 25% refund
• Reprint of affected items

Returned items must be sent back within 15 business days. Reprints are produced using rush production at no additional cost for manufacturing.

If damage occurred during shipping, a claim will be filed with the carrier and replacement will be processed accordingly.
