Ordering & Customization

How do I place an order?

Can I upload my own artwork?

Yes! You can upload vector files including .AI, .EPS, and .PDF as well as rastor files including JPEG, PNG. For best print results, we recommend high-resolution images (300 dpi when possible).

Do you offer design assistance?

Can I see a proof before printing?

Yes, you will receive a digital proof during the customization process. We only print once you approve the final design.

Are your banners suitable for outdoor use?

Shipping & Delivery

How long does production take?

Standard production time is usually 1–3 business days, depending on your design and order volume.

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes. Rush production such as same/next day production and expedited shipping options available on many items at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S., depending on your location and selected shipping method.


Returns & Cancellations

What is your return policy?

Because our products are customized, we generally cannot accept returns unless there is a printing defect or damage. If there is an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery at levelupbanners@gmail.com or 951-395-0939.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled before they enter production. Once printing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

What if there is a mistake on my banner?

If the mistake was caused by our printing process, we will replace the banner at no cost. If the error was in the approved design proof, you may need to reorder.

How do I hang my banner?
